Museum
SICC develops and maintains the collections including the archival audio recordings, videos, oral history recordings, photographic, traditional arts and artefacts, and contemporary art collections. An inventory was completed of the material culture collection (artefacts) collection.
SICC completes physical observation and digitization of the condition reports. The volume is quite extensive and each piece is examined for agents of deterioration sources, outcome, mitigation strategies as well as storage and handling solutions. This process is immense and requires time and attention.
SICC is in the beginning stages of an online museum or digital entity that draws on the characteristics of a museum, in order to complement, enhance, or augment the museum experience through personalization, interactivity and richness of content. Items on display:
