BIRDS OF PREY PROGRAM
APPLICATION FORM
Applications for the 2024 Birds of Prey Program are now closed.
Any applications filled out now will be submitted to our Elders Council for the 2025 Birds of Prey Program in May.
BIRDS of PREY APPLICATION
Privacy Clause: SICC Birds of Prey Application information is collected for the sole purpose and use of the program. Any information collected through this program is not shared or revealed with anyone unless requested by the user.
Requests for feathers and body parts are not available for Pow Wow Regalia
Requests for feathers and body parts are not available for persons under the age of 18
Requests for feathers and body parts are for ceremonies that originate from the Saskatchewan area
Requests for feathers and body parts are not available to institutions on behalf of graduating students; students must apply for their own feathers, if they wish
Successful applicants must obtain their feathers and other items in person at the Feather Issuance Ceremony or at SICC by appointment only
Successful applicants are responsible for their travel costs to SICC
Consistent with First Nations and ancestral protocols, an offering of tobacco and cloth must be presented
